My (now ex) boyfriend lied to me!!

Okay so my boyfriend has a mental illness, but has managed it pretty well for how serious it is. We have been together for 2 years, but I have know him since I was like 15 (I'm now 24). He has liked me for forever and I thought we were super close and told eachother everything. I have always been honest and open and thought he was doing the same but he just came out and said his new upped dose of medication made him feel guilt and he had secrets and lies to confess. He told me multiple things like he has been hiding smoking cigarettes from me for months, cheating on me a few times (over a year ago apparently and I had suspicions but they were denied for all this time) and he has been watching the GPS on the vehicle, he bought a camera he was going to set up to watch me and he was trying to download an app to mirror my phone so he could watch all i was doing. I was so hurt that he was lying from me and couldn't be honest and open about his feelings and suspicions. We have a daughter together and I thought I knew him

Tonight he told me he had more. He told me something very personal and private and something that has made me completely sick to my stomach. He admitted to me that he has HPV and that he has had it since before we ever started dating. I never had any clue. He never gave me the chance to make the choice if I wanted to expose myself to it or anything.

I'm assuming I have it? But I'm not even sure. Is it a definite if a sexual partner has it that you will get it ? I mean we have been in a relationship for 2 years and have had unprotected sex.

If there are other women who have it, what is it like ? I am honestly so scared and I feel like my life is just ruined even though I know I will have to get over it some day right now im finding it hard to cope or want to stay alive.🥺
