ex girlfriend situation!!!!!

Do you guys think it’s normal for your boyfriend/ baby’s father Ex girlfriend to still be around the family after they break up. He doesn’t Show any interest in her but I just feel weird about the situation. I know for a fact she wants him back but his family continue welcoming her but when I’m around they talk about her like why is she still around ! IS THIS LIKE A DEAL BREAKER WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
