I need advice on not taking on everyone’s emotions I get so overwhelmed by everyone else’s emotions if I’m around someone who is sad or angry or stressed I carry that with me and can’t stop thinking about it for weeks after I just wanna do everything in my power to help them and when I can’t help them I go into self destruct mode and I can’t sleep or eat because I’m so anxious I find it hard to get out of bed and I get in fights with other people and it’s just so mentally and physically draining and I can’t just cut out everyone in my life who has emotions I put all there feelings before mine and it’s taking it’s toll on my mental health
