FINALLY PREGNANT BUR WORRIED.. HELP ectopic??? ‘Normal???

We are blessed with our miracle 👶 🍼baby, but recently I been having cramping and urinary frequency before I got my big fat positive.. how ever I went to ER .. because of the cramping, they did ultrasound couldnt find anything because my blood level #1 was 110 HCG AND HCG #2 was 236 and HCG #3 was 633. It has been progressing within the 48 hour gap. But IM SUPER Scared has anything like this happened to you ladies ??!! I’m worried and hoping I don’t have an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage 😢😢today I had my 2nd ultrasound and couldn’t find anything yet.. 🤍 I feel super blessed ☺️to have positive test but I’m also worried . 😭
