Help me moms

So last night was HORRIBLE!!

I gave my 10 month old a bath and he went to sleep so fast right after the bath like usual around 830/845 he was acting so fussy before bed that’s usual then he ko but he woke up at 12 am stayed up dusting tried putting him back to sleep till 230 am then he was wide wide awake by 330 hes been up he finally ko at 5 am slept for 30 mins then woke up fussy I put him back to sleep he was all the way asleep by 6 now he’s wide awake and I’m exhausted it’s 845 am omg moms what’s wrong with him he never dose this ????
