Back child support
My ex owes a few grand in back child support, but I’d like to give him a fresh start. Things have been rough for him financially, and I don’t particularly need or want the extra money. He’s very active in our daughter’s life and makes sure she is well taken care of when he has her. Can I file something with the court to disregard what he owes? Anyone know? Thank you!
