I’m starting to resent my husband and our relationship is falling apart...

This may be long, but I use glow as a sort of therapy while typing things out, so here I go....My husband and I have been married for a year and together for 6. I’m 24 and he’s 32. We were happy as can be for the first few years and then a year before our wedding until current things have been falling apart. He’s been saying at least weekly how much he hates me and he wants to be alone and I’m the worst thing, etc. It’s ALWAYS after he gets home from work (I assume he drinks during his shifts at work) and he comes home and everything will be fine, then boom total anger/fights. I do everything in my power to deescalate and go to bed, but my heart and head can’t take it anymore. I do everything for him, I’m loyal, I work from home so I can clean and take care of the house, I do everything including yard work, money budgeting, shopping, laundry, etc. He works and that’s it. His job sucks and his boss sucks, but he chooses to stay, so that’s on him. But he’s been expressing how he feels about me lately and none of it’s nice. We’ll fight and he’ll take his ring off, and blow up then the next day when he gets home from work he’ll apologize, say he didn’t mean it and then I just stupidly always believe him. He’s such an angry person lately, idk if he’s drinking a lot or it’s drugs but I just feel like it’s not him. His pupils are always huge, he can sleep all day sometimes and sometimes he’s a raging angry person. I have no idea what to do anymore. I don’t feel threatened physically by him, but mentally I’m exhausted. I know I’m a good wife, and I’m so hurt that he doesn’t see or feel that anymore. I just want my husband back, but I feel like he’s already made up his mind. I’m so hurt and I resent him lately, it’s no good. What should I do?
