Anyone else have Hydrosalpinx?

I've been having some pain, and for the last week my boyfriend has been badgering me to go get a scan. I finally went in today.

I was told I have fluid in my left Fallopian tube. Because I'm only 21, my doctor said she wants to wait a month and rescan me in case is clears up on its own, but if it doesn't, I have to have surgery to remove the tube. I also have a 2mm mass on my RIGHT ovary, but it's been there for years and hasn't grown, but she said if she has to go in for the tube, she'll also try to remove the mass on my right side.

She didn't see any fluid in my right tube or in my uterus, so that's good, but I'm still incredibly worried about my fertility. I'm EXTREMELY lucky that my boyfriend and I aren't concerned about money for treatments or IVF, but I'm terrified of surgery.

Can it resolve itself? What are the chances of it also affecting my other tube? Could I still have children naturally if I have it removed?

We've currently put TTC on hold due to the risk of an ectopic. For the last 6 months we haven't been using protection and decided to just let whatever happens, happen. Does anyone have any advice? I've been crying all day...
