My son is 14 months old and sex is still uncomfortable. We have to be very careful with positions to keep it half way comfortable. I had a 3rd degree partial tear.

My little one is 12 months on the 13th. I had a really minor tear when I gave birth that didn’t require any stitches. But still to this day I can feel exactly where it was! I’ve found the more lube the better. Even if you don’t think you need it. If it’s even slightly dry it’s sooo uncomfortable and feels like someone is scratching my insides out😬

I am curious, are you breastfeeding/has your period returned? I had a small tear with both of my babies and sex remained uncomfortable until my period returned. I guess my vagina started producing more natural lubrication once my body was fertile again.. but anyway, last time my period didn’t return for 14 months and then once it did sex was magically great again.... for three months until I got pregnant again 😅.
