ABBORMAL PAP HELP!

Hello! I just recently had a Pap smear done and the doctor messaged me to tel me that “some abnormal cells came back but since my HPV is negative they will repeat in a year.” So naturally now I’m terrified and want answers now. They found “atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance.” Google says that the specific cells that were found do not indicate precancerous cells are there but I’m just terrified. I’m 24, pretty healthy (a smidge overweight but no underlying conditions,) and no family history of cervical cancer.

Anyone else have these same results and can help ease my anxiety! Please help!
