Burning inside vagina, no infection?

I got tested for UTI but everything came back negative.

While pregnant a couple years ago I apparently tested positive for HSV- 2 yet never had any symptoms or anything.

Could this be an outbreak of that affecting it?

I’ve had an urgency to urine and also burning for a whole 2 weeks. I had one whole day where I felt no burning at all, but was busy & didnt pee when I needed to and the burning SLIGHTLY came back. it is extremely mild burning at this point, almost barely there

It was mostly burning once I had any urine in my bladder and then would stop once my bladder was empty
