What are we?! Thoughts??

I’ve been seeing someone but idk what we are. Nothing was talked about for what this was. We have hooked up but I still don’t know what this is. He makes sure to always get close enough in public for personal contact. likes to smell

Me and say how good I smell. asks why I don’t text him. He even kisses me goodbye when we hang out or hook up. I try to just ignore him so feelings don’t get crazy but then he thinks I’m mad at him and says something. I’m just lost. Advice?
