Do you use OPK's track Bbt or both?

Question

So I was lucky with my first baby and my husband and I guessed on when I was ovulating and we guessed right and I became pregnant first try. 
We decided to ttc baby number 2 and I'm starting to track my cycle. I have been using opk's but should I also be tracking me bbt too? I assumed they both do the same thing, but I've read people using both.

I used both. OPKs tell you when you’re about to ovulate and BBT confirms ovulation.

Do you mean bbt ? If so- I do both opk and bbt. They work together like Mario and Luigi but they are different

I do both because OPKs show LH peaks which can signal pending ovulation and BBT confirms that ovulation took place.
