What do I do if I need a hospital?

So I dont know if anyone has a solution to this but what do I do if I need to go to a hospital for an emergency but have no one to watch my 6 week old baby? I’ve been having really bad gallbladder attacks and I’m having a severe one right now and I feel like I need an ambulance but I have literally no one to watch my son. Do I take him with me?? Like I’m so lost

If you can’t drive to a doctor or urgent care then you will have to call an ambulance and take your baby with you. But honestly I don’t know what they will do once your at the hospital...take them to the nursery? I don’t know...sorry I hope you feel better.

Our son stayed in the hospital with me at 1.5 months for 3 days and 3 months old for 7 days. My husband was with me though so I wasn’t alone trying to care for him. The hospital was really accommodating though. They brought us a bassinet from the nursery and a fridge for pumped milk.

You take them with you. They will put you in a mother and baby unit.
At least, I had to go to hospital when my baby was five months - in Germany - and this is what they did for me.

A social worker will come help they won’t turn you away

I think they might have someone from social services come help while you’re getting treatment. At least until someone you know can come help you. Maybe I’m wrong. 🤷🏼‍♀️
