Lip Tie ?

Im currently combo feeding my daughter but it seems like she struggles when she drinks from the bottle ( makes weird noise & spits bottle out all the times ) when she’s breastfeeding she doesn’t do any of these things. I would exclusively breastfeed her but I’m returning back to work soon so I have to continue giving her the bottle as well. Does she maybe have a lip tie ? If I try a different bottle will that maybe help she’s currently using the comotomo & tommee tippee.Thanks in advanced
