Ok so I just found out my bf is mixing alcohol with Xanax. When he combines this, he acts wayyyyyyyy TOO violent. He will literally yell, punch walls, verbally abuse anyone. A neighbor nearly hit his car and he went outside telling him he wanted to “punch him in the face” 
He will also isolate himself and run to the streets. Help. When he is sober he’s so nice

Alcohol and Xanax act on the same area of the brain and should not be combined. Combination in high doses is most likely to cause cns depression such as drowsiness, confusion, lethargy. Some people react to excessive alcohol use alone with violent behavior. In general the withdrawal from and addiction to the alcohol and meds would cause more violent/aggressive behavior

From what I've heard from multiple men, Xanax makes you extremely aggressive. Alcohol mixed most likely would make it worse.

My dad did this and he got addicted to Xanax. It’s really easy to get addicted to, especially when it gets mixed.
