Feeding struggles

Lately, my 3 month old has been arching her back and feeding for a few seconds before pushing the bottle away. She only feeds well when she dream feeds at night which is only 2 meals I don’t have to fight with her about. Most meals during the day is a struggle now. It’s been about 3 days, I don’t know if it’s to do with teething, growth spurt but I really miss the days where I could just pop the bottle in and she would take it. Is it okay to miss a meal? If she is being super fussy? She is formula fed now.
