Is he guilty???

So first and foremost let me apologize for the long post.

So a few weeks ago my 2 nieces went to my very close friend/sister and told her my aunts foster daughter whom she’s had custody of since she was 4 was pregnant by her foster father and her little sister told them....she’s 8-years-old!!!!! Her sisters 7 and just turned 7 in Sept. My oldest niece whom is the same age (8) didn’t believe the story bcuz she couldn’t wrap her head around an 8-year-old being pregnant...her exact words were “how can an 8-year-old be pregnant???”....anyway with this info...my friend came to me to inform me on the possible abuse going on in my aunts house...she felt that I wouldn’t just brush it under the rug being I was molested when I was younger as was she...so I told her I would be seeing the little girls over the weekend and would speak to them to see if I could find out the truth...my issue with this whole thing is that the little girls LIE about everything and this has been witnessed by everyone...so my aunt and her children wound up going to visit my mom whom lives in the same apartment complex as my friend.... so I asked my friend to talk to the little girls and see if it’s true.... well instead, she finds out that the 7-year-old is being abused by the foster father... my aunts husband...the little girl shares with my friend that this man has showed her porn, made her smoke a substance and blow it in her mouth, and has stuck his dick in her mouth...so my friend share this new info with me and I go to my older sister to see what to do...we decide to have my friend contact CPS and report it....as she recorded all the convos with the children and we felt that was evidence enough...that night at midnight social workers showed up at my aunts house...they required my aunt to get the children physicals...the news spread throughout my family and my aunt asked her husband not to come back home until things died down....thing is the social worker showed back up and told my aunt that they might be dropping all charges and asked my aunt if she would like to take in a 4th child as it’s the sibling of the 3 children she already has...so I figured they conducted their investigation and found nothing...everyone in my family believes the little girl as things in her story add up to things my aunt tells her sisters (my mom and other aunt) it’s also been said that the man has told both my aunt and my mom on separate occasions that this little girl has a “sex demon” in her and that he “needs to stay away from her”

I should also mention that this man has HIV, is a known crackhead and does smoke and be around the children high

So thing is today I wake up and find out that this man has threatened my life...he went to my uncle and messaged him on FB and told him that he was going to kill me because I went to the cops instead of him and my aunt...so now Idk what to do...in my eyes this is showing guilt on his part...but what can be done??? I am 9 months pregnant with 2 children already and not sure what this man will do once he gets high. What can I do to protect these little girls as I believe my aunt has already allowed this man to return home...WHAT CAN BE DONE to protect us all???
