Sooo... 5+yrs w/the guy sex was ok for the first 2.5yrs (we made 2kids) then it declined when I was pregnant w/2nd... I became the initiator and now that sex has become almost inexistent (once/2mo) I’ve noticed that he fakes the orgasm😟 after like 30min off heavy pounding! And he’s always trying to make it seem like he’s pulling out and coming in his hand but there’s no sperm anywhere omg so awkward. Damn the misinformation some of y'all spread around is astounding.
Yes men can, and do fake it. Just like women do. And it's for similar reasons. You need to talk to him. He could be depressed, he could be stressed, he could be not as happy in the relationship or he could have a physical reason. Low testosterone, a porn habit, etc etc can all contribute but again, it's a conversation you need to have with him. 
And ffs. A guy not being able to orgasm doesn't mean he is gay. Neither does him being afraid of bugs. Maybe he would be more open with you if you didn't act like an ass and call him gay and embarass him for no reason.

Yes that happened to me once and it was horribly awkward. We both pretended not to know the other knew exactly what was going on. 
After that, he never tried it again and would just say "yup im not gonna cum right now" and I'd ask if he wanted to stop things. 
He was on antidepressants. But there are lots of things which can make cumming less likely.
