Postpartum Dreams

Not really sure if this is the right group for this but oh well.

My son is almost a month old and literally every single dream since he’s been born, is about my physically, mentally, emotionally abusive ex.

My ex is my daughters father and we haven’t been together in over 3 years as I am married now. What’s frustrating about these dreams is they make it seem like my ex and I are still together. They are triggering my ptsd and I feel gross for having them. I haven’t told my husband bc I don’t want him to feel a certain way.

Any idea on why I’m having these dreams or how to make them go the fuck away...
