Is this situation considered rape?

Say you were at your best friends boyfriends party, she couldn’t come last minute because her mom wouldn’t let her. So all night your bffs boyfriend is giving you drinks, and by the end of the night your completely wasted barely able to walk. You stayed at his house because you didn’t have a ride home. He proceeded to try making out with you and you allowed him too mostly because you were to drunk to even comprehend what was going on. He ends up taking you to his bedroom and having sex. You “consented” at first but half way through you started to come to in and out of blacking out and became uncomfortable and started crying but he continued. Also, the guy was drinking but was clearly able to comprehend and knew what was going on.
