Ladies how do you get rid of bumps/pimples on your butt? Does anyone else have this problem? I just wanna be smoothhhh. Ps I’m very hygienic

What type of material is the clothing your wearing? 
Is it breathable?

As for getting rid of, although I’ve never personally tried this or had the issue I would think it’s worth a shot to try acne body wash?
If it’s really bad you can ask your doctor for a cream for pimples that’s medicated more then acne creams on the floor and will help to get rid of them

Benzoyl peroxide. Look up something with a strong amount of benzoyl peroxide. Acne on your butt is not really acne. It folliculitis. Bacteria and friction cause this, Not your diet.

If might be hormones, maybe birth control can help lessen that? 
I would assume the type of panties you wear matters the most here, get some breathable cotton ones, if possible maybe wear breathable stuff and not skin tight. Baby powder could help too no? To suck up oils that cause pimples.
