160 lbs overweight! 😔
Hey y'all, so I started my weightloss journey 2 weeks ago. I weighed 291 when I started, I weigh in once a week, every Friday morning... I've gotten down to 288.... I need advice tricks and tips ladies! I have the myfitnesspal app, and track everything I eat and drink. I am ordering slimfast, and eating healthier, smaller portions. Just need tips!
