I didn’t realize how different I actually looked
The left side is last year in December, when I was going to start working out at home, before I did anything. That lasted 2 weeks cause I pulled a muscle in my leg in the middle of the third🙃 after I recovered from that, I had work the next couple of weeks for this postal project that involves a lot of walking around and lifting to. After that postal project finished, I lost motivation again to exercise so then I just stopped and decided I’d wait until I moved out my parents house. My weight was around 204lbs then.
At the beginning of this year, I lost like a couple of pounds but easily gained it back, now I got this job working at a warehouse in the middle of August and I’m literally walking around for 12 hours, but I didn’t realize I was losing weight until I heard people telling me I look smaller than before. On the right is what I took a moment ago because I forgot I had old pictures of myself in my phone and I wanted to see what really changed. I’m very happy I’ve managed to get out the 200, Last time I checked, I was 191.4lbs. I would like to actually start exercising again to so if anyone has any recommendations please drop them below!!!! Ok so I just went to go weight myself again cause before last week, I was 191.4lbs, I am currently 186.6lbs I didn’t think I’d ever see this number
