When you’re just like 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think we’ve all been there when someone does something that makes you go

One of our elders at church, he and his wife just had a baby. He requested that if people wanted to bring food that they would be accepting it every other day for two weeks. Okay that sounds good to me, glad to be a blessing. So I contacted them last night via text so I could copy DH on it. I asked what time would work to drop it off today (which we are already super slammed with stuff) and the husband says “whenever you guys want to!” So I’m think oh good I can’t work it into the schedule more easily. I asked “would 6 be okay?” And I didn’t hear back from him till after 9 last night saying “we actually eat at 4:30.”

I looked at DH and said “then why was the whole point of that?” I was annoyed because it’s like, then why didn’t you just say that? Why did you mislead? 😂 I know it’s something dumb to be annoyed about but I’m 39 weeks and everything annoys me right now. I think it was rude and DH is 50/50 about it.
