Ready to potty train?

Our daughter is exactly 2 1/2. We’ve tried potty training a few times and she just wasn’t ready. We have underwear that she picked out all ready to go, a potty that she picked out and a reward system...just waiting on her to be ready. Well, the last 2 weeks have been absolute torture to change her diaper. She flails around, screams, cries, etc. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and just don’t have it in me to fight her. Sometimes my husband has to hold her down while I change her. Do you think she’s ready to potty train? When I ask if she wants to use the potty she says “no”. Baby is coming in 3 weeks (scheduled induction) so I don’t know which way to go with this. Any help would be appreciated! ❤️
