Is this a butterfly rash? (Ignore stickers, I want to be anonymous)

This started after I took a shower, and did laundry yesterday: my upper cheeks (under my eyes) feel like they’re kinda burning, almost like a scratch, and will be slightly pink to red in color. My nose feels warm and the tip of my nose is the same color.

Again, sorry about the goofy stickers, just wanted to post this anonymously. 😔

I never really noticed it before, but I’ve noticed I’ve been really sensitive to cold, like I started crying during one flare up a few weeks ago because no matter how many layers of clothes I had on, I couldn’t warm up until I took a super hot bath. After that I ended up asking my doctor about it. Which I’ve had some other things I had been concerned about too. She asked if I had a rash, and I assumed she meant like a poison ivy type of rash on my arm or leg or something, and I didn’t have that so I said no.

I didn’t think about the burning sensation on my face.

She said I have symptoms of some autoimmune disorders, like lupus. Well, I tested negative for Rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid levels were good, but the ANA test had me confused.

But is burning/stinging red cheeks considered a butterfly rash? Or would a butterfly rash have blisters or something like that?

Also I apologize if this is a dumb question.
