"There's a better way to give" signs to discourage panhandling
My city has recently put up these signs to discourage panhandling, and they feature a QR code to scan to donate directly to local charities that help the homeless instead. They put them up on street corners where panhandling is common.

What do you guys think? Dehumanizing to the homeless people you have to side step to scan the sign, or a great way to direct resources to places that can address the root problems of homelessness?
