What do you guys do when y’all are down? I’ve been feeling down a bit lately and with online school on top of that and getting ready to graduate and things like that. I’ve tried music which used to help but not so much anymore. It’s kinda like when you have a headache so you take that over the counter medicine but then it turns into a migraine and have to take that stronger medicine because that over the counter medicine won’t help anymore. Just give me a couple things I could do to relief it a bit and maybe help relief my stress as well.
