Okay so I've had a few people now comment on how I've gained weight (obviously, I've just had a baby) but I didn't think I was big? I know I don't fit in a lot of my pre-pregnancy clothes anymore so it's clear I've gained weight, I just didn't think it was that much of a noticeable change. I thought I just needed to really work on my muscle strength as my muscles have weakened so much I'm actually having mobility/pain issues. Now I'm wondering if I really need to watch what I'm eating more and aim to lose weight more? I'm actually the closest to perfect BMI I've ever been, I've always been underweight before.
What do you guys think, as people who don't know me? Am I the only one having this dilemma?
(I'm wearing UK size 6 here and I know they don't fit so probably not helping 😂)
