Gassy uncomfortable baby

My 3 month old baby is always so gassy and uncomfortable. I’ve talked to his pediatrician multiple times and I’ve tried changing formulas (he’s on similac sensitive now) Dr. Brown’s anti-colic bottles, probiotics, gas drops and prescription reflux meds. Nothing seems to help.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? He squirms and grunts and cries all the time because and I think it’s gas in his tummy. He also spits up pretty often. As soon as it passes he feels better.

(He is exclusively formula fed btw)
