What position is best ??

Ok so I’m due next month November can’t wait I’m 35 weeks pregnant, and I’ll be having a vaginal birth what position is best to get the baby out people are telling me that the standing position is good for delivering the baby , more than laying on your back people say it’s harder to get the baby out if you lay on your back ?

What position do u think is best to get the baby out faster and better ??
