Raspberry leaf tea...does it work?

I want to try it but don’t know which one is the right one. Can someone post which one you use(d). Did it help soften your cervix at all?

Here’s what I use. I’ve also used Traditional Medicinals brand. The important part is that it’s Raspberry Leaf not just raspberry.

I drink it like crazy 36 weeks on. 
At 36 weeks I was not thinned or dilated at all. Got checked today at 37+6 and I’m 2cm and 70% thinned. 
I drank it with my first and my labor wasn’t bad and recovery was nothing.

I drank it with my first . Had to be induced at 40+3 but I was dilated and had a great induction.  I think it doesn’t hurt to drink and just bought to drink again.  I need more liquids as well lol and get tired of water.

One of my soul sister's gifted me some raspberryeaf tea at my mother's blessing. I have yet to try it but I'll start drinking it at 36w. My birthing center recommends primrose oil starting at 36w, so I'll start that next week too. I'm 35w and haven't felt any braxton hicks, just the normal pains of pregnancy like round ligament pain, nausea, very rarely indigestion. I have no idea if my cervix is softening but I do know that baby girl is head down and has been since 32w so she's in position. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess we will see!

I’m doing the pink stork labor prep which has it & also got an okay from my midwife to start evening primrose oil next week at 36 weeks! & I just started eating dates lol this is my second child so hopefully it’s helps soften my cervix

I drank it like crazy with my first. I drank 1 cup a day starting at 30 weeks and was up to 3-4 cups a day by 40 weeks.  I had to be induced at 41 weeks (was still 0 cm 0% effaced at the time) and after 60 hours of induction I never got past a 5, so I had to have a c-section, so it didn’t help me at all. (For what it’s worth I ate the dates, did all the walking, and bounced on an exercise ball like it was my job, too) I did however recover from my c-section REALLY fast and easily, which some people have said could have been aided by the tea, so I’m drinking it again, just not as regularly 🤷🏼‍♀️

Following this as well. I'm wondering too! I just came to know about it at 36 weeks and started taking it since then but was told I'm a bit late and I should have started earlier in 2nd trimester. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll try anything at this stage..
