Severe medical anxiety

I have been experiencing, since having my baby in July - severe medical anxiety about her. She is my third so I don’t know why all the sudden I second guess every little thing I find and analyze it to death.

Shes had this little purple bruise? Vein? (Can’t figure what it is - my mom assured me it’s a vein and it’s visible because babies skins are thinner and more pale) under her eye for weeks. It hasn’t changed, gotten bigger, etc - but it’s terrifying me. It’s making me feel physically ill that everything I notice makes me worry myself sick.

I’m not looking for medical advise - just was more venting 😭 sigh - and see if anyone had any insight.
