Stroller help

We're expecting a baby in a few months and are beginning to look at strollers. We plan to have a second baby, so a stroller that can accommodate 2 is important, as is size and weight (we live in an apartment).

We were looking at the Evenflo Pivot Xpand travel system, but I'm worried about the foam wheels and it seems a bit rickety. We also looked at the Baby Jogger City Select, but it's pretty heavy. A few people have recommended the UppaBaby Vista but that's $$$ .
