Braxton Hicks!!!!

So does anyone constantly get braxton Hicks? Last night mine started about 1:20 am and lasted until 3 am!!! Literally about every minute or so but they’d last like 5-20 seconds? It’s just worrisome and I do work in labor and delivery as a surgical tech not a nurse so I hate to be that person that goes in for little reasons.. they had me drink two bottles of water and lay on my left size. I’m 24 weeks today and it just makes me nervous id at least like him to stay in until 28 weeks and possibly way longer.
