missed period

so ladies this is my first time missing my period since my ectopic in March! i’ve been ttc since like seriously July and been getting my period since May until now, i’m always regular i’ve been taking my pregnancy tests and they’re all negative ( i know after awhile an evap lines pops up after a few days). i’ve contacted my doctor and she said wait til another week and see. i already totally feel pregnant because of my boobs, and slight fuzzy feelings in my vagina with increased dischargeand morning sickness

i just hope if i really am it’s not another ectopic .. that trauma is real
