My starting weight is 245lbs, 5’3. Now at 225lbs. I been trying to lose weight for two months now only lost 20lbs since I started. I eat fruits, vegetables, yogurt, drink Atkins protein shakes and only drink water. I exercise four days a week, walk 3 miles, and use a mini exercise bike. If anyone has any advice to help me lose more weight please help I could use the advice.
