Calorie Goal with intermittent fasting
Hi. My husband and I gave started our weight loss journey & it has proven to be pretty good with him losing 10lbs in 2 weeks & Ive lost 4lbs just by giving up the junk food.
We work out everyday by going on hikes.
Without knowing it we implemented intermittent fasting (16:8) fasting from 8pm-12pm. This, however, has made eating my 1200 calorie goal for the day very difficult for me! I eat a meal & I feel full afterwards & don’t get hungry till hours later. I don’t even know if I should be forcing myself to take more calories in.. I’m only taking in like 950 calories a day. I’m worried it will mess me up later on. I’m also having troubles finding a meal plan that matches what I’m trying to do: low calorie, low carb, low fat & good protein.
My schedule:
Fast until 12pm
12pm: lunch (280 cal)
3pm: snack (200cal)
6:30pm: dinner (280 cal)
7:30pm: snack (180 cal)
After 8pm: fasting
