What did your past relationships teach you? Good or bad

I’ve been in 2 serious relationships in my first relationship it took me a LONG time to get over him, the relationship was extremely toxic which now I look back & regret so many things I learned a lot & to this day he has not changed 1 bit & to my eyes is not a man.

In my second relationship he taught me soooo much, he was the complete opposite of my ex & treated me like a queen. He ended up moving back to his country which is why we had to break up, the break up was extremely hard but I learned to let go.
