Water leaking ??

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant with baby number 4. Let me first off saying that my 2 year old was born 2 weeks early. It was more closer to the end of 36 weeks. He actually was born with Malrotation and Volvulus and was in the hospital for a month after his surgery. Anyways so I look at things as anything can happen. My first two were born 4 days early and healthy. Anyways I have been very emotional which isn’t normal for me. Then I threw up last night randomly. I read those could be signs of early labor. I have also had intense pressure a few days ago down there. It went away now. Anyways I had a little cramp feeling and went to use the restroom. I had peed then went to wipe and some liquid came out on my hand. I pulled my hand out to see what it was and it’s was clear just a wet liquid. I didn’t pee on myself. I was already done peeing when I went to wipe and it didn’t come out where it normally dose. Could I be leaking? Anyways else have this happen to them ? I have had my water leak before with my 2nd baby but it kept leaking. I feel like this came out then stopped or is slowly still coming. My underwear stays wet but I can’t feel it coming out. I feel like I should no this stuff being my 4th but all of my pregnancy’s and my labor has all been different.
