Advice please ladies

So I’ve been having some issues with my bf lately.

He’s always wanting to touch me like all the time .

When I found out my nan was in hospital and didn’t know why my bf didn’t care he had An argument with me saying I was sad and ruining his day that I wouldn’t talk to him. He had a hissy fit.

Then another time when I wasn’t feeling well he tried to touch me and I said no but he kept going he said he’s gonna touch me no matter what.

Then tonight I was drinking and since it’s Halloween I had some lollies that were left in the kitchen and I was throwing up and I felt sick in my stomach and I told him that and said I can’t call he didn’t reply for an hour and his response was can we call. I told him I have pain in my stomach and been throwing up he said ok all good go sleep. I could tell he was pissed cause he didn’t send an x or call me babe which he always sends an.x and calls me babe oh also I’m 18. I’m just getting tired of arguing with him Over stupid shit but I also love him and don’t want to lose him so idk what to do
