Ladies with pcos!! Help please

Hi ladies what symptoms do you feel throughout your cycle? I feel ovary pain once a month, even hurts when I have sex! And my periods are irregular, other then that I am not overweight, don’t have acne or show signs of high testosterone but I am very prone to utis or yeast infections. I have been having unprotected sex for three years and nothing. Doctor have me order to check my hormones and a transvaginal ultrasound. I am so scared 😟
