Round ligament pain?

Can someone try to explain what round ligament pain feels like?

Sometimes when I start walking I feel like my sides are pulling and it’s so sore and uncomfortable that it makes me bend over to hold my stomach. Most of the pain is near my stomach above my belly button, but on the sides mostly. It goes away when I sit down. Is this round ligament pain or is it something that I should bring up with my dr? This is my second pregnancy and I don’t remember having this pain last time so I’m paranoid because this pregnancy has had nothing but complications from the start. I’ve been spotting for 3 weeks due to my SCH, but now this pain makes me worry that maybe my spotting is from a miscarriage. I’m 15 weeks.
