Help !!!

Sooo I was having sex with a guy I normally have sex with... it was good then I felt something different and heard a weird noise. He most definitely wasn’t using his penis anymore. I thought he was starting to use his fingers to yunno get me off, ladies after he left after a while I went to the bathroom... and I was bleeding... didn’t think anything of it... next morning I found a bloody bottle, wat should I think help idk how I feel about this and I am definitely not OKAY with this there was a good amount of blood on the bottle and there was no consent for him to do that. I’m not saying the sex was bad but like at least tell me. Has this happened to anyone is this normal. He is an older guy so I’m not sure
