Pelvic cramps like crazy

So two months ago I donated my eggs to a lovely couple. Since then I’ve been trying to get pregnant and this month I’m not sure when I ovulated because I never got a positive and for 10 days I’ve been cramping on my pelvic area and my back. My right side has been cramping and pulling that goes to my leg kinda. Idk what is going on with me and I’m worried it’s hormones imbalance. Took a prego test it was negative. Any advice???
