Miscarriage?

I’m 5-6 wks and yesterday I had a gush of blood. I bleed mild/ moderately (more than spotting for sure but not heavy) for a few hours then spotting now today nothing. I had my blood work done yesterday and now will again Monday to compare. I almost wish I was still bleeding to verify the miscarriage and hate not knowing. Do you guys think I’ve miscarried? Anyone have similar experience or waiting like me? pregnancy tests still strong positive but I heard that’s normal during miscarriage too...
