Possible miscarriage

So I’m 5 weeks 4 days with a

IVF

baby, on Wednesday I has a strong pain no bleeding all day so slept it off then the Thursday the pain was gone went to my sisters in the afternoon and started getting a discomfort wasn’t in a lot of pain just felt like a pressure building up so I went to the bathroom wiped and there was a lot of red blood and that the blood calmed down and I had mild cramps but I went to a&e they took my bloods, so I went back to the hospital on Friday (yesterday) I am 5+3 at this point got a scan she seen a sac and yolk but told me it could go either way I have been having brown blood and little bits in it since early Friday morning, anyone had something similar and they baby was still fine or do you think the progesterone I am taking is covering it up ? * picture is the blood I’m getting*
