Copper Iud

So I got my Copper Iud inserted about a week ago and I was supposed to get my period the next day But I haven’t now my period is about a week late I don’t think I’m pregnant since We used condoms the weeks before but I’ve been spotting alot and having discharge and cramps it might be late because of stress since I’ve been stressing alot but idk has anyone experienced late periods?
