Irregular bleeding iud

To all my Mirena ladies, please help!!!!! I’ve had the mirena for 2 years and experienced little to no bleeding. Recently, I started bleeding a lot. It lasted for about 10 days. I went to the gyno and she checked me and said it’s still in place and everything looks/ feels fine. But, whenever I have sex i start to bleed again. Can someone please help me put my mind at ease??! I’m freaking myself out.
